Should I Sue The Plastic Surgeon?
I paid for my wife’s Breast Augmentation and we both stated (she multiple times) that she wanted to increase her bust 2 cups. He suggested a 300ml implant that would be overfilled to 340ml. But… he then ordered 275ml implants, and only overfilled them to 330ml.
Research tells me that per the American Academy of Plastic Surgeons it would require on average 378ml to achieve this… so the implant volume is 96ml short and it’s statistically VERY unlikely she’ll achieve a 2 cup increase and will instead have an approximately 1.75 cup increase and since it’s the official medical society data he should know this.
So should I sue him over 1/4 cup?
he should KNOW with 37 years of experience that instead of going DOWN to a 275 he should have instead gone UP to a 325 to get the increase of 2 cups (aka 2 inches).
I would. You’re right, he should know what he did wasn’t correct. And if he didn’t, then he shouldn’t be working…
